The Rule of Law Department prepares draft laws and proposals for amendments to the law; organizes round tables and seminars for representatives of judicial bodies; monitors court proceedings; prepares, publishes and distributes professional publications, which has the ultimate goal of promoting a responsible, professional, efficient and transparent judiciary in Montenegro.
