Guide to Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights – Prohibition of Torture, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The Center for Democracy and Human Rights (CEDEM) has published a publication “Guide to Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights – Prohibition of Torture, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment” for legal practitioners in collaboration with Valentina Pavlicic, MP Of Montenegro before the European Court of Human Rights and Zdenko Perović, Deputy Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro.
The publication was made within the project “For the Prohibition of Torture and Inhuman Behavior – Perceptual Norms in the Practice of the Montenegrin Legal Order” implemented by CEDEM with the support of the Ministry of Justice.
