Training on standards of treatment of vulnerable groups in the field of asylum and irregular migration

CEDEM is at the Maestral Hotel in Milocer 22/23. October, organized a two-day training on standards of treatment for vulnerable groups in the field of asylum and irregular migration for representatives of the Border Police, the Asylum Directorate and the Refugee Administration.

Participants had the opportunity to learn about the measures of reception, treatment and integration of vulnerable groups in the field of asylum, with a special focus on action in crisis situations: women, the elderly, disabled, unaccompanied minors, victims of torture and trafficking as and LGBTIQ persons. The training was realized in cooperation with the Dutch Refugee Center, within the project Capacity Building of the Montenegrin Asylum System and Irregular Migration Management, which was supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Belgrade.
