Press conference on the occasion of the presentation of the Alternative Report
The Human Rights Action today presented an alternative report submitted by 14 Montenegrin NGOs to the United Nations Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. The report talks about how the state is implementing the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, ahead of the upcoming debate on the Government’s report before the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights next month in Geneva.
