Training “Capacity building in research skills” held
The Center for Democracy and Human Rights, in cooperation with the Council of Europe, is implementing the project “Support to National Institutions in the Prevention of Discrimination in Montenegro – PREDIM”, funded by the European Union.
Within the project, the training “Capacity building in research skills” was held. The training was led by prof. Dr. Miloš Bešić, methodologist.
The training was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions and the institutions of the Ombudsman of Montenegro.
The training aimed to strengthen capacity in research skills. The training contributed to the participants’ understanding of the research process, as well as to the analysis and interpretation of the data obtained through that process. The training covered practical examples in different areas of public policy research, with special emphasis on the design of research evaluation, having in mind their daily work.
