A conference on the 10th anniversary of the 5th enlargement of the North Atlantic Council (NATO) was held today at the PR center in Podgorica. The organizer of the event was the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Montenegro.
On March 29, 2004, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania joined NATO. The tenth anniversary of the membership was the reason for organizing a conference at which, in addition to the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia, N.E. Vladimir Gasparic, the participants were also addressed by the ambassadors of Romania, Bulgaria and Slovakia, ie N.E. Ferdinand Nagy, N.E. Mladen Tcherveniakov and N.E. František Lipka.
The representative of CEDEM, Dženita Brčvak, attended this gathering.
