NGO Coalition for Monitoring EU Negotiations, Chapter 23 – Third Report
The Center for the Development of Non-Governmental Organizations (CRNVO) organized a press conference today at which the Coalition of 16 NGOs for Monitoring Negotiations with the European Union within Chapter 23 presented the third Report on the situation in the field of judicial and human rights reform in Montenegro. . 2013 to 10.04.2014. years.
