CEDEM at the conference on the complementarity of the European and Euro-Atlantic enlargement process
Today, a conference was held in the amphitheater of the University of Donja Gorica: “Parallel processes of European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Montenegro – results and obligations”. The conference was organized by the German George Marshall Center and the Marshall Center of the Alumni Association of Montenegro, with the support of the Ministry of Defense and the University of Donja Gorica.
The conference presented the results of Montenegro in the framework of European and Euro-Atlantic integration, the benefits of membership, as well as the obligations after full membership in the European Union (EU) and NATO.
The US Ambassador to Montenegro, N.E. Ms. Sue K. Brown, said that Montenegro has made great progress in integration and has the full support of the United States for both processes, for membership in both the EU and NATO.
