CEDEM and CŽL organized training for representatives of institutions, NGOs and the media

The Center for Democracy and Human Rights (CEDEM) and the Montenegrin Women’s Lobby (CZL) are 12/13. December 2016, at the Queen of Montenegro Hotel in Bečići, organized a training for representatives of institutions, NGOs and the media within the project “Building sustainable results in the fight against human trafficking.”

The training aimed to strengthen the capacity of representatives of key institutions – signatories of the Memorandum of Cooperation – to better identify and treat victims of trafficking, especially minors who enjoy special protection and gathered about 20 representatives of institutions, NGOs and media.

The project “Building Sustainable Results in the Fight against Trafficking in Human Beings”, within which this training was organized, aims to contribute to strengthening the capacity to identify victims of trafficking, as well as improving coordination and cooperation between key actors in the fight against trafficking. The project is being implemented with the support of the Canadian Embassy in Belgrade.
