Risks of corruption in the justice system and the business sector

The aim of the project is to provide a thorough analysis of the attitudes and perceptions of citizens, representatives of the judiciary and entrepreneurs about the risk of corruption in the judiciary and the business sector, based on the methodology of perception of the corruption index. The project also aims to analyze possible regional differences in the perception of corruption among respondents, as well as trends in the development of the Corruption Perceptions Index in Montenegro, and to contribute to defining recommendations for reducing corruption perception and strengthening public confidence in the judiciary and business sector.
The target groups in the project are: 1500 citizens of Montenegro from 23 municipalities (based on a random sample); 60 representatives of the judiciary and 50 entrepreneurs.
The project is supported by the Rockefeller Brothers Foundation.
The total value of the project is $ 20,000.
