Support for social protection of the Roma and Egyptian populations
The project aims to contribute to the improvement of social protection of the Roma and Egyptian populations in Montenegro, through the analysis of relevant public policies and advocating for change in this area. In particular, the project aims to analyze the impact of certain social protection measures on the integration of Roma and Egyptians and define recommendations for their improvement.
In addition, the project aims to improve the awareness of the general public about the needs of the Roma and Egyptian populations, but also to encourage the exchange of good practices in this area. The project will include an analysis of the effects of social policy on Roma and Egyptians and a public advocacy campaign for the social inclusion of marginalized communities. The activities will be implemented in municipalities populated by Roma and Egyptian populations, for a period of 10 months. The project was supported by the Commission for the Allocation of Part of the Revenue from Gambling.
