Participation in the session of the Committee on Security and Defense
Danijela Vujošević, CEDEM representative, attended the session of the Parliamentary Committee on Security and Defense, at which the Bill on Amendments to the Law on the National Security Agency was discussed. CEDEM welcomes the adoption of this legal text, which aims, inter alia, to contribute to strengthening the legal framework for the Agency’s use of means and methods of data collection, prescribed procedures in the use of means and methods of secret data collection, with specified powers and restrictions of the Agency.
