The procedure for checking the attached signatures of voters should be regulated in a comprehensive manner
CEDEM believes that the State Election Commission had a legal obligation to pass an act that comprehensively regulates the procedure of control of collected signatures of voters in order to prevent potential abuses and irregularities in the election procedure.
The Center for Democracy and Human Rights – CEDEM has not yet received an answer regarding the request to the State Election Commission to announce the methodology according to which the collection of voters’ signatures will be checked. You can download the press release here.
