Initiative for constitutional review submitted
CDT, CEDEM and the Roma organization “Phiren Amenca” have submitted an initiative to the Constitutional Court to review the constitutionality of the provisions of the Law on the Election of Councilors and Deputies, considering that this solution is discriminatory for Roma.
The law prescribes a census for minority parties of 0.7 percent and 0.35 percent for parties representing the Croatian national community.
