
A workshop for journalists on publishing research stories was held

After two months of research, all 10 journalists gathered for a one-day workshop and with their mentor, Ms. Jevtović, formed final texts, analyzing key results in the field, putting facts in order that most affects citizens, etc. The workshop was held 2. March 2019 at the Aurel Hotel in Podgorica.
In addition, the workshop served as a basis for creating a local network between journalists, where they will discuss all obstacles and shortcomings found during the research work, challenges in finding accurate information, cooperation of the future researching these topics together, and make recommendations for future activities at the local level that are recognized as important.
In that way, the final results were formed – research stories that will be published in national and local media by the end of March.
The workshop was held within the project “Improving local media practices in the field of crime and corruption”, supported by the US Embassy in Podgorica.
