Today, the PR Center presented the publication “Characteristics of Organized Crime, Corruption, Terrorism and War Crimes – A General Review of the Practice of Courts in Montenegro”, prepared within the project Support to Judicial Reform in Montenegro: Support to the Fight against Organized Crime , Funded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway in Belgrade.
Cases of organized crime, corruption, terrorism and war crimes pose a strong challenge to the Montenegrin judiciary, especially given the number of pending cases, the number of revoked decisions and the number of pending cases (which are still high), which unequivocally indicates the need strengthening the resources of judicial institutions “- it was announced at the press conference organized by CEDEM and the Civic Alliance.
