
Publication “Regional Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters: An Overview of Comparative Practices in the Western Balkans” Published

The round table “Regional Judicial Cooperation: Achievements and Future Perspectives”, held in Podgorica on April 23, presented the publication “Regional Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters: An Overview of Comparative Practices of the Western Balkans”, prepared within the project “Strengthening Regional Judicial Cooperation through a multisectoral approach ”, implemented by CEDEM, and supported by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation through the Rule of Law Program for South East Europe.
The publication, which outlines national systems, international standards and judicial cooperation practices, was prepared by experts from the Western Balkans: Mandrit Kamoli, Project Assistant, National Democratic Institute – NDI (Albania), Adnan Kadribašić, Legal Adviser, Lucid Linx (Bosnia and Herzegovina). ), Leke Batalli, Researcher, Legal and Political Studies Group (Kosovo), Milorad Markovic, National Legal Adviser, IPA 2017 Fight against Serious Crime in the Western Balkans (Montenegro), Irena Zdravkova and Nazif Avdi, Project Coordinator, Association of Macedonian Young Lawyers – MYLA (Republic of Northern Macedonia) and Milan Antonijevic, Executive Director, Open Society Foundation (Serbia).
