Published publication – Alternative sanctions in Montenegro – regulations and practice
CEDEM has published the publication Alternative Sanctions in Montenegro – Regulations and Practice, which aims to review what has been done so far in the adoption of regulations and their implementation, precisely in order to improve the comprehensive process for the benefit of society as a whole.
The report was prepared within the project “Support to efficient management of the mechanism of criminal sanctions in Montenegro”, which is implemented from the financial resources of the Ministry of Justice of the Government of Montenegro – the Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions.
