
New publication published on cooperation between the civil sector and state institutions and bodies in the process of European integration on the example of Montenegro, Croatia and Serbia

The Center for Democracy and Human Rights (CEDEM) has published a publication Comparative Analysis of the Experiences of Cooperation between the Civil Sector and State Institutions and Bodies in the European Integration Process in Montenegro, Croatia and Serbia, with a set of recommendations for improving cooperation and dialogue mechanisms.
CEDEM, within the project Education and Dialogue with the EU, which is implemented with the financial support of the Ministry of Public Administration, in cooperation with distinguished professors of the University of Montenegro, University of Zagreb and University of Belgrade, conducted a comparative analysis of civil society and state institutions in the process of European integration, with the aim of promoting synergies, cross-sectoral cooperation and dialogue between the civil sector and state institutions and bodies, but also the development of new models of consultation and cooperation in specific areas.
The publication presents an analysis of the institutional, legislative and social framework of cooperation between the three countries and the civil sector, which contains guidelines for increasing the democratic capacity of institutions, ie, the democratization of society in general.
