CEDEM organizes training dedicated to strengthening the capacity of RE NGOs
CEDEM, Pedagogical Center of Montenegro and Enfants are organizing a training dedicated to the management of EU projects, which will be held from 9 to 14 May at the Hotel “Otrant” in Ulcinj.
The training is part of the project “Education for Social Inclusion” which aims to improve the social inclusion of Roma, Ashkali and Egyptians in the field of education. The project is funded by the European Union, through the Cross-border Cooperation Program Montenegro – Kosovo * 2011 – 2013, and is implemented with the consent of the Ministry of Education of the Government of Montenegro. Participants in the training are representatives of non-governmental organizations from Berane, Podgorica, Rozaje and Ulcinj (Montenegro), East, Gjakova and Peja (Kosovo).
The training includes the following topics: writing EU projects (project summary preparation, concept note development, development of logical matrix and risk analysis / assumptions), EU project management, with emphasis on monitoring and evaluation function, and EU project financial management, with focus on preparation and budget realization.
