CEDEM held a workshop on “Political Inclusion, Voting Rights and the Electoral System in Montenegro”
CEDEM is part of the project “Promotion and protection of human rights of Roma, Egyptians and other vulnerable groups”, which is supported by the European Union, 23-24. June 2017 in Berane held a workshop on “Political Inclusion, Voting Rights and the Electoral System in Montenegro”.
The workshop was attended by over 20 Roma and Egyptians from Berane who are of different levels of education and age.
The aim of the workshop is to raise the awareness of this population about the ways of political involvement, the voting process, and what is their position in the electoral system of Montenegro.
