CEDEM published the publication “Guide to Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights – The Right to a Fair Trial”
The Center for Democracy and Human Rights (CEDEM) has published a publication “Guide to Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights – the right to a fair trial” for legal practitioners and is part of the project “Support to Effective Management of Criminal Sanctions in Montenegro” CEDEM, which is funded by the Ministry of Justice – Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions. The authors of this publication are Ms. Valentina Pavličić, Representative of Montenegro before the European Court of Justice and Ms. Zdenka Perović, Deputy Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro.
