Advocating for “brain gain” policies directed at reintegration of highly qualified returnees in the Western Balkans
The regional project “Advocacy of “Brain Gain” Policies Aimed at the Reintegration of Highly Qualified Returnees in the Western Balkans“, supported by The Balkan Trust for Democracy, is being implemented by CEDEM in cooperation with the NGO Group 484 from Belgrade in the duration of 12 months since April 2011.
Aims of the project are:
- Identifying barriers to the reintegration of highly qualified returnees in the Western Balkans;
- Introducing key actors in the Western Balkans region with the opportunities for improving the reintegration of highly qualified returnees and improving regional cooperation in the development of joint educational and research areas;
- Providing support for the development of policies and measures in the Western Balkans region that would improve the reintegration of highly qualified returnees.
