Workshop: “Strengthening the capacity of representatives of institutions, media and non-governmental organizations to act in the field of combating trafficking in human beings”
Organized by CEDEM and the Montenegrin Women’s Lobby, it has been in Bečići since 17/18. February, the second workshop for institutions, NGOs and media was held within the project “Building sustainable results in the fight against human trafficking” supported by the Embassy of Canada in Belgrade. The aim of the workshop was to contribute to strengthening the capacity of representatives of key institutions – signatories of the Memorandum of Cooperation – to better identify and treat victims of trafficking, especially minors who enjoy special protection. In addition to the organizers and participants, the workshop was attended by lecturers from the NGO Athens from Belgrade, Jelena Hrnjak and Marija Cvejić, as well as representatives of the Canadian Embassy, Brian Ebel and Vladan Miladinovic.
