Training on “Standards of investigative journalism, best practices and application of the Code of Ethics for Journalists”

The Center for Democracy and Human Rights – CEDEM, in cooperation with TV Prva, organized the training “Standards of Investigative Journalism, Best Practices and Application of the Code of Ethics for Journalists”. The training was held in the period from September 25 to 26, 2017, in Podgorica.

The training was led by representatives Semir Mujkić, Balkan Research Network (BIH) and Duško Vuković, an independent expert from Podgorica.

The training contributed to the participants gaining skills and knowledge in the field of investigative journalism standards, as well as the application of the Code of Ethics in media reporting on criminal justice.

The training is part of the project “Strengthening the role of the media in improving criminal justice in Montenegro” funded through the European Union’s Media Professionalization Program.
