CEDEM participates in the Black Sea and Balkan Security Forum 2017
The Director of CEDEM, Milena Bešić, is participating in the Black Sea and Balkans Security Forum 2017, which will be held on June 8 and 9, 2017 in Constanta, Romania.
The forum is an annual framework for strengthening and developing networks between security analysts, decision makers, academics and media representatives. The aim of the Forum is to raise awareness of the importance of stability in the Black Sea and the Balkans, as well as to develop expertise in combating new security challenges in the region.
The Director of CEDEM speaks on the topic “Black Sea and the Balkans: the area of information warfare”, with special emphasis on her presentation of Montenegro’s experience in this field.
