CEDEM organized the school “Increasing the information and knowledge of young people about the security sector”
The Center for Democracy and Human Rights (CEDEM) is 16/18. February 2017 in Bečići, the Queen of Montenegro Hotel organized a school “Increasing information and knowledge of young people about the security sector.”
The aim of the school was to contribute to improving the level of information and improving the knowledge of young people about the position and participation of young people in the security sector. Also, this school is aimed at spreading knowledge among young people about the reform and democratic control of the security sector, with the aim of better understanding this topic.
The school was attended by 20 representatives of political parties, students and trainees employed in state institutions.
The school was organized within the project “Youth in the process of reforming the security sector of Montenegro”, supported by the Commission for the distribution of part of the income from games of chance.
