CEDEM published the publication “Guide through the new institutes of the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code and the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code”
The Center for Democracy and Human Rights (CEDEM) has published the publication “Guide to New Institutes of the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code and the Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code” which is part of the project “Support to Improving the Efficiency and Transparency of Montenegrin Justice”. implemented by CEDEM with the financial support of the Ministry of Justice.
The guide is divided into two chapters dedicated to the new institutes of the Criminal Procedure Code and the Criminal Code. The scope of the Guide is limited by the amendments to the two codes adopted in the period since 2015, with a focus on the most significant amendments, primarily to new institutes but also to existing ones that have been significantly modified.
