A workshop on the implementation of the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (OP-ICESCR) was held in Montenegro in September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop was organized with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland and the Ford Foundation and brought together activists of civil society organizations.
