The report covers the participation of civil society representatives in reforms related to justice, civic education, protection and promotion of human rights and migration, specifically cooperation between the governments of the Western Balkans and civil society when it comes to meeting the criteria for EU membership.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to CEDEM, CeMI and the Institute of Alternatives also participated in the preparation of the report for Montenegro.
