Right to privacy and protection of personal data.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The seminar brought together about 40 legal experts from the country and the region who participated in a constructive dialogue on privacy and personal data protection in criminal proceedings, European standards and Montenegrin practice in this area, as well as the latest changes in Montenegrin legislation relevant to privacy. The participants in the introductory part of the seminar were addressed by: Mr. Nenad Koprivica, Executive Director of CEDEM; Mr. Zoran Pa\u017ein, Minister of Justice, Government of Montenegro; Ms. Vesna Medenica, President of the Supreme Court of Montenegro; Mr. Ivica Stankovi\u0107, Supreme State Prosecutor; N.E. Ian Whitting, Ambassador of the United Kingdom, as well as Ms. Biljana Braithwaite, Program Manager for the Western Balkans, AIRE Center, London.
