In addition to the delegations of the Supreme and Constitutional Courts of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia, the Forum was attended by judges of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) from these countries, directors of judicial academies and institutions. before the ECtHR, as well as representatives of the non-governmental sector.
