In the normative-political sense, Montenegro is one of those countries that are making efforts to create a quality normative-legal framework for the implementation of multiculturalism policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The aim of this Report is to present key narratives in documents published in Montenegro that address issues of national minorities and discrimination.
