The project “Together for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities!” Aims to contribute to greater respect for the rights of persons with disabilities and raise awareness of the professional and lay public about the importance of protection against discrimination against persons with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The specific objectives of the project are 1) protection against discrimination of persons with disabilities and enabling equality of persons with disabilities with other persons, 2) improving the position of persons with disabilities in the labor market, through effective implementation of the Law on Prohibition of Discrimination and the Law on Prohibition of Discrimination. disability, and 3) raising public awareness of intersectional discrimination against persons with disabilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project activities are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1) Preparatory phase of the project;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) Conducting a media campaign;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) Maintaining a three-day legal academy on the European Convention on Human Rights and Freedoms “Protection against discrimination of persons with disabilities in the practice of Montenegrin justice and the European Court of Human Rights”;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4) Holding a three-day seminar “All for the prohibition of discrimination against LSI”;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5) Holding a two-day training “Development of anti-discrimination policies at the local level – status quo and LSI rights;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6) Final conference and implementation of external project evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project is supported by the Ministry of Justice, Human and Minority Rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
