{"id":13655,"date":"2021-09-22T07:39:39","date_gmt":"2021-09-22T07:39:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cedem.me\/uncategorized\/dijelimo-odgovornost-promocija-politika-rodne-ravnopravnosti\/"},"modified":"2022-03-28T07:52:35","modified_gmt":"2022-03-28T07:52:35","slug":"dijelimo-odgovornost-promocija-politika-rodne-ravnopravnosti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cedem.me\/en\/finished-projects\/dijelimo-odgovornost-promocija-politika-rodne-ravnopravnosti\/","title":{"rendered":"We share responsibility &#8211; promoting gender equality policies!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"425\" height=\"258\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cedem.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/grb_ministarstva_za_ljudska_i_manjinska_prava.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11739\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cedem.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/grb_ministarstva_za_ljudska_i_manjinska_prava.jpg 425w, https:\/\/www.cedem.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/grb_ministarstva_za_ljudska_i_manjinska_prava-300x182.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 425px) 100vw, 425px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Having in mind the strategic goals of Montenegro and the obligations in the application of European Union standards in this area, the project aims to raise awareness of the general public about the importance of gender equality and promote greater representation and participation of women in political and public life of Montenegro. knowledge of young staff (members of political parties, journalists, lawyers and diplomats) as well as representatives of the judiciary and the prosecutor&#8217;s office on the importance of gender equality, improving the position and representation of women in senior positions at the local level and developing local policies to combat against discrimination against women, encouraging the development of a more coherent and effective gender policy by raising awareness of the problem of gender inequality of the wider professional and lay public and raising public awareness of all forms of violence against women, in order to reduce violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This project is especially aimed at: 1) representatives of the judiciary and the state prosecutor&#8217;s office (expert associates and advisors with special emphasis on employees in the Basic Courts, the High Court, the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, the basic state prosecutor&#8217;s offices and law offices) from the whole of Montenegro, with a focus on municipalities in the north; 2) representatives of local self-governments from all over Montenegro (coordinators for gender equality in municipalities, representatives of local councils for gender equality and \/ or the Office for Gender Equality or, if not appointed, representatives of the Secretariat of Social and Legal Normative Activities) ; 3) young leaders of political parties in Montenegro (DPS, SD, URA, Democrats, Bosniak Party, HGI, Demos, Albanian Alternative, etc ..); 4) graduates of the Department of Journalism within the Faculty of Political Science, University of Montenegro; 5) graduates of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Faculty of Political Science, University of Montenegro and the University of Donja Gorica; 6) graduates of the Faculties of Law of the University of Montenegro, the University of Donja Gorica and the University of the Mediterranean and 7) the general public.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Project activities will be implemented in Podgorica, \u017dabljak and Berane, and the total and required budget necessary for the implementation of project activities is \u20ac 17,920.50.
