Also, the project is aimed at strengthening the capacity of state and local government in the field of social inclusion of Roma and Egyptian populations with a focus on the municipalities of Niksic, Berane and Podgorica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is implemented by Help, in cooperation with CEDEM, the Roma Education Fund and the Red Cross of Montenegro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is funded by the European Union, through the EU Delegation to Montenegro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The project aims to improve the position of Roma and Egyptian populations and other vulnerable groups by providing easier access to their social, economic and cultural rights.
