{"id":10006,"date":"2013-12-24T10:25:00","date_gmt":"2013-12-24T10:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cedem.me\/?p=10006"},"modified":"2022-03-30T10:54:28","modified_gmt":"2022-03-30T10:54:28","slug":"antikorupcijski-mehanizmi-i-odgovornost-policijskih-sluzbenika-u-crnoj-gori","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cedem.me\/en\/news\/antikorupcijski-mehanizmi-i-odgovornost-policijskih-sluzbenika-u-crnoj-gori\/","title":{"rendered":"Anti-corruption mechanisms and accountability of police officers in Montenegro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Today, CEDEM presented the study &#8220;Anti-Corruption Mechanisms and Accountability of Police Officers in Montenegro&#8221;, which is a product of the research project of the same name, supported by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) mission in Montenegro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project aimed to collect and analyze information on key achievements and challenges in the implementation of anti-corruption and control mechanisms, as well as to improve relations between the Ministry of Interior, the Police Administration and civil society organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The research focuses on corruption, as one of the biggest challenges in the democratization of Montenegro and on the way to achieving key foreign policy priorities &#8211; Montenegro&#8217;s membership in the European Union and NATO.
